Shawn Rose is the founder and CEO of Equality Asset Group LLC, a company he established in 2018 with a simple but powerful goal—deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning services with integrity and consistency.

From day one, Shawn has been hands-on in building the business, focusing on creating a company that clients can truly depend on. His approach combines attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, which has helped shape the standards Equality Clean is known for today.

Over the years, Shawn has grown the company by putting both clients and team members first. He believes that a strong, motivated team is the foundation of excellent service, and he continues to stay actively involved in operations to ensure those standards are met every day.

Under his leadership, Equality Clean Las Vegas has continued to expand while maintaining the core values it was built on—quality work, transparency, and trust.

Jackson Hicks is the Customer Service Manager at Equality Clean Las Vegas, where he oversees all scheduling and day-to-day office operations. As the main point of contact for clients, Jackson plays a key role in making sure every booking runs smoothly from start to finish.

Known for his organization and attention to detail, Jackson manages the scheduling process to ensure that appointments are handled efficiently and that each client’s needs are met. He works closely with both customers and cleaning teams to keep communication clear and operations running seamlessly.

Jackson’s focus on responsiveness and reliability helps create a positive experience for every client. Whether it’s coordinating schedules, answering questions, or resolving issues, he is committed to making the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Madeleine “Maddie” Rameriz leads marketing and social media for Equality Clean Las Vegas, where she’s responsible for building the company’s online presence and connecting with the community.

Maddie manages everything from social media content and campaigns to brand messaging and promotions. Her creativity and attention to detail help showcase the quality of work Equality Clean delivers, while keeping clients informed, engaged, and up to date.

She plays a key role in growing the business by ensuring the brand stays visible, relevant, and consistent across all platforms. Whether she’s launching a promotion, sharing before-and-after results, or interacting with customers online, Maddie is focused on creating a strong and trustworthy presence for the company.
